Who we are:

      We are Christians who worship here at FCC who serve God through music.  Formal ensembles include the Chancel Choir, the Festive Ringers, and the Faithtones.  The Chancel Choir sings each Sunday from September to June, as well as participating in special programs like cantatas and drama pieces.  The Festive Ringers are our bell choir, which rehearses each week from September to June, and plays in worship 1-2 times a quarter.  The Faithtones are our praise team which leads worship weekly at our contemporary service.  The Faithtones currently use, but are not limited to, drums, guitars, bass, keyboard, percussion, and of course, singers.  Aside from our formal ensembles, we have a gospel quartet, a youth band, soloists and specific ensembles.  If you have any interest in any of these opportunities, come speak to me, or email me at neil@lovelanddisciples.org and I will reply promptly.

What we need:

1.     First and foremost, we need your direct participation.  If you sing or play an instrument at all, please come speak to me and together we will find ways to plug you in!  Our music ministry is blessed with talented, fun, and friendly people.  Come join us!  You’ll be glad you did.

2.     We need money.  We are due to purchase some new microphone and instrument cables, as well as new microphones.  We also wish to buy some music for the choir. I also have some planned purchases which will enhance the versatility of the sound booth.

3.     We need volunteers for some behind the scenes projects.  Such projects include drama leader, chimes (bells for the children) director, someone to help advance the slides during the service, someone to help listen to recording balance in the sound booth. 

4.     We need your prayer.
